Thank you so much for this site! My husband is Taiwanese, and he loves this kind of food. We usually go to restaurants, but we have been trying to be healthier lately so I’m trying to make our favorite dishes at home.
I was recently in Tainan and one of the courses at dinner one night was a very sweet cubed yam or sweet potato dish. It was drizzled with sugar and awesome. I could not get enough. I would love the recipe. Thanks
Thank you for this site! I am born in Taiwan but have been living in Canada for 19 years! I miss Taiwan food so much I especially would like to have recipes (in video form if possible, because I am such a beginner) on steamed buns!
